Daeho Vietnam Steel Co., Ltd. was formerly known as DongBang Steel Co., Ltd. Branch. By 2015, the company changed its name to Daeho Vietnam Steel Company Limited.

In 2015, Daeho GM Co., Ltd. acquired shares of DongBang Steel Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Daeho Vietnam Steel Co., Ltd. according to the certificate dated June 27, 2015.
In 2007, DongBang Steel Co., Ltd., headquartered in Nhon Trach I Industrial Park – Dong Nai province, decided to establish a branch of DongBang Steel Co., Ltd. in Dai An Industrial Park – Hai Duong province. That’s why on July 10, 2007, DongBang Steel Co., Ltd. Branch was born.
